A/B testing

A/B tests judged on money, not clicks.

I find what is worth testing, design the variants, set up the test and read the result in revenue. You get a clear answer: what won, by how much and what it is worth per year.

Is this for you?

A good fit if…

  • You have enough traffic to test but no one to plan and design the tests
  • Your tests often end flat or with results nobody trusts
  • You want test results translated into money your team can act on

What you get

What’s included

Research

Analytics, recordings, surveys and ad data turned into a list of problems worth solving.

Hypotheses

Each test written as: change, expected effect, why, and the metric that decides it.

Prioritization

A roadmap ordered by how much each test can move revenue and how hard it is to ship.

Variant design

The variant screens, designed and ready to build or built by me.

Test setup review

Sample size, duration, primary metric and guardrails checked before launch.

Revenue readout

Lift, confidence and the yearly value of the result, plus what to test next.

How it works

Four steps, one person

I find where your funnel loses people and money.

FAQ

Questions about a/b testing

How much traffic do I need to A/B test?

Enough to reach a clear result in a few weeks. As a rough guide, a few hundred conversions per variant. With less traffic I focus on bigger changes or research instead.

Which tool do you use?

The one you already have. I have worked with common testing tools and with server-side splits set up by developers.

How long does a test run?

At least two full weeks, so weekdays and weekends are both included, and until the result is clear.

What does the readout include?

The winner, the lift on the primary metric, the guardrail metrics, the yearly revenue impact and what I would test next.

Let’s make your next test a winner.

Tell me about your funnel. I’ll point out quick wins, tell you what I’d test first, and say honestly whether I’m the right fit.
