How much more could your site earn?
Enter your traffic, conversion rate and order or lead value. The calculator shows what a conversion lift is worth per month and per year. The lift options are real results from my A/B tests.

How the calculator works
It multiplies your monthly visitors by your conversion rate to get orders or leads, and by your order or lead value to get revenue. Then it applies the lift to your conversion rate and shows the difference. With ad spend added, it also shows how much less each order or lead costs you, since the same budget brings in more.
Revenue per visitor (conversion rate times order value) is the number I use to judge every A/B test, because it captures both more buyers and bigger orders. See how to calculate the revenue impact of an A/B test.
Where a lift like this comes from
The biggest lifts come from fixing what stops people today: a landing page that doesn’t match the ad, a homepage that hides the products, a long form or a confusing checkout. On a recent project, a broken quote page was replaced by a Meta ad and a landing page with a short quiz, and it won a 3-week A/B test with +20% conversion and 15% lower cost per lead.
I find those leaks, design and build the fix, and A/B test it so you know what it is really worth. See my landing page design, funnel design and CRO and A/B testing services.
FAQ
Questions about CRO ROI
How do you calculate the ROI of conversion rate optimization?
Multiply your monthly visitors by your conversion rate and your average order or lead value to get monthly revenue. Apply the expected lift to the conversion rate, recalculate, and the difference is the extra revenue. Compare that, per year, with what the CRO work costs.
How do you calculate revenue per visitor?
Divide revenue by the number of visitors, or multiply conversion rate by average order value. A 2% conversion rate and an $80 average order give $1.60 revenue per visitor. I explain it in depth in my revenue per visitor guide.
What conversion lift is realistic?
It depends on what is broken today. Fixing a clear problem, like a broken form or a homepage that hides the products, can lift conversion by 10% to 20% or more. Small tweaks usually move it by a few percent, and not every test wins. My recent client tests won with +8% to +20%.
Is CRO worth it for a small business?
If you pay for traffic, usually yes, because every point of conversion lowers what each customer costs you. With very little traffic, start with research-led fixes measured before and after, since A/B tests need enough conversions to give a clear answer.
How long does it take to see results?
A first redesign or test usually goes live in one to three weeks, and an A/B test then runs for two to four weeks until the result is clear.
